Anti-Lightning-Strike Quick-Launcher (A.L.S. Quick-Launcher)

This design was created using a combination of ideas from James Covington, Richard Heene, and Brian Waldrop.  Richard was the first in the group to begin using a tubular launch system.  James added the idea that the launch tube could double as transport protection.  Brian designed and built the launcher stand using minimal conductive material to reduce lightning strikes.   The stand will also hold the larger rocket design.
	The stretch cord assures that the tube stays on the launcher.
The chain is made from plastic and is intended to be quick-adjusting to change launch angle.
	Brian materialized James' transport protection idea.  The rocket remains suspended inside the tube during transportation, but the suspension rods are removed before launch.
