Return Policy
Although returns are not allowed, Hermitage Embroidery Works will correct problems with orders if they are at fault.  There will be no returns on customized orders.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact Hermitage Embroidery Works immediately (within 5 days of the date you received the order) at the number provided above and/or at the email link below.  Please explain the problem in detail and include contact information.
